When filling out the registration form data controller requires the following data: name, surname, institution, phone, e-mail address, the title of the abstract, and co-authors of the abstract.
Information on the natural person is necessary for the registration of a person for participation in the Conference, for the identification of a registered participant upon registration thereof in the accounting register during the Conference, and for receipt of a document confirming participation at the Conference, as well as for the provision of the participant’s participation and communication on possible changes or news related to the process of the Conference. When you register for Conference you agree to receive marketing information, contact details of a participant may be used for sending informative marketing materials (communication), including sending information on the events organized by the Data controller in the future (conferences, workshops, seminars and such) and information on news of possible collaborations.
According to necessity Data subject’s personal data can be assessed by Data controller employees, who require it for the performance of their duties, and other persons in cases specified by the regulatory enactments (for example, state and local government bodies).
Personal data isn’t processed and transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA.
Personal data won’t be processed for automated decision-making.
Personal data is stored for as long as its storage is necessary for personal data processing and in accordance with the requirements of the applicable regulatory enactments.
The data subject has rights to access and correct his/her Personal data, to object to the processing of his/her Personal data, and to require the erasure of his/her Personal data.
If the processing of personal data is based on provided consent, the Data Subject is entitled to withdraw your consent at any time and the Data Controller will not process your personal data in the future on the basis of consent for the relevant purpose. However, the Data controller informs that withdrawal of consent can’t affect the processing of such personal data that is required for the execution of the requirements of the regulatory enactments or that based on the agreement, our legitimate interests or other bases specified in the regulatory enactments for the lawful processing of the data.
